Super great and supportive. No padding though.
So for reference I am 5’4 130 pounds and I not all wear a 32 DDD. I got this bra in a 34 DD. Unfortunately it’s difficult to find bras in that size so i try to find a lot of good sports bras to wear because they are cheaper. I have started getting into running a lot more so this bra really helped with the support and helping to not bounce as much so I could actually breathe. The band is tight and is adjustable with 3 hooks and 3 sizes to choose from. The straps have padding and are thicker and also adjustable. Only downside I can see to this bra is that there isn’t any padding in the cups so it’s just a thin material but if it’s not too cold or your shirt is thicker or you just don’t care this bra is perfect :)

Great for 'every day' too!
I love these bras. They're comfortable, and they support without being binding. Since they don't have underwires, that's an added comfort. But even more comfy is the wide straps that have a cushion where they go over the shoulder. I can run in these without bounce issues. But I can also wear them daily if I want.My granddaughter has one and she says it's one of her favorite bras. She can wear it to school all day and be ready for gym class without having to change. She's very happy with hers and I am with mine!Note that these may run a little small so you may consider sizing up.

No Padding
I was looking for the Champion sports bras they used to sell at Target but have since stopped carrying. This looked just like that one in the pictures, but it's not the same. This version is thinly lined and there is no padding. Size wise, it is consistent with other Champion sports bras which tend to run small. If you want it really tight, order true to size. If you want a little more comfort, go up one cup size and possibly one band size. The no padding was a deal-breaker for me, so I sent it back. But if modesty is not a concern for you, this could work.

I like it
I was looking for a sports bra that was not racer back so I could wear it under normal clothes. This fit the bill. My only negative is that the top part will show when I wear a V neck shirt.

Fits well but not as supportive as I would like, and the seaming is visible under shirts
For a basic sports bra, this works decently well, but it’s definitely not high support, or even medium support. For my big booby Judy’s, it’s definitely not enough support/compression for higher activity exercise like running, so I generally only wear it for things like yoga. It does have decent coverage though, which I like.I will note, you can see the seams on the front of the sports bra underneath any shirt which is annoying.

Amazing for running and great support
I tried many sports bra from Amazon (ordered 14 styles) and I must said these were the ones to go with. I’m 36 DD, 170lb and 5,6 and these in size medium did the work for me. I currently go to orange theory and there’s lots of running and rowing and this bra gave me the support I needed. They’re very comfortable and hold everything in place.

Dannnnng! Works!
I cannot stand racer-back sports bras as I have neck problems and it’s so annoying to take them off all sweaty. My size is 38DDD in this bra and it for real felt good and provided enough support. I mostly do weight resistance and walking, so I cannot speak to running.Love it- gonna buy another color.

One of the best sports bras I have owned
Within the last week I ordered 3 of the same Champion Women's Spot Comfort Full Support Sports Bra on Amazon: white/black/pink. I initially purchased the Champion Women's "Spot" Comfort Full Support Sports Bra from Kohl's within the last week (Mid-March2022) from their sale rack. I am 73 y/o. Working remotely for the last 2 yrs. due to the pandemic, I really didn't have an opportunity to wear most of my bras, other than the over-the-head and racer-back models until recently. In my younger years, my bra size was 34DD. When I recently pulled out all my bras that were not sports bras, none of them fit me. Unfortunately, when one get older one tends to lose all the fat in the upper part of each breast. The DD cup size was way too big. So, off to the bra shop I went and was sized 32C or D, depending on the bra. Personally, I think 32 is too tight for the band, so I decided to go with 34. Anyway, after the bra shop, I went to Kohl's and found the Champion bra in a 34D in gray. I looked at it and thought "This will never work", as there is no underwire or molded cup inside. I was shocked when I put the bra on, felt how comfortable it was and decided to buy it. I am very active and go to the gym daily for either cardio spin 4 times a week, weight lifting/training, and walking/sprints on the indoor track, so I sweat a lot. For me this bra is very comfortable, fits me perfectly, and I do not mind the "slight" unaboob look. At this age, comfort is more important than sexy at the gym. The white Champion bra I ordered came yesterday, and I'm wearing it today while I work and write this review. The black and pink are supposed to arrive later today. Earlier reviews years past, reported the inside seams itched/chafed the skin, but the seams in the gray bra I purchased at Kohl's and the white one I'm wearing today have the inside seams covered quite well and I've had no itching/chafing. Yesterday, I took the day off and was at the gym for several hours doing my cardio/weight lifting routines. I had no problems with the gray bra. Even though I am 120lbs/5'4", some bras are cut under the arms in a way that squeezes the skin out from under my arms/on the sides, very ugly. This bra, at least on me, does not do that. I have a smooth fit under my arms/sides/back. I'm hoping the black and pink bras fit the same way. It just seems that Champion has taken the negative reviews over the years regarding this "Spot Comfort Full Support Sports Bra" and greatly improved it. For me, it's a winner at the gym and beyond.3/22/22 update: I received the pink and black bras after I wrote the above review. I've worn the grey bra again to the gym and the white and pink. All held up well under intense cardio, bench pressing, deadlifts and free weights. The bras seem to wick away the moisture well. All seem to wash well, but I use a lingerie bag. I do not put in the bras in the dryer. I continue to be pleased with this style and the performance.

Way too small
I'm usually a 38DDD/38G size. I ordered 40DDD 'cause the comments said that we should buy one size bigger. I couldn't even close the bra 'cause it was too small. For the cups, it was alright.. So I had to send it back. The frabrics felt nice.
