Best ever.
I've been a home baker and occasionally a professional and competition baker for over 25 years. This is by far the best yeast ever that I have ever tried. It never fails. Even whole grain dough, high gluten for pizza crust, sweet dough full of fruit and nuts and seeds, or very buttery like brioche. Really exceptional quality and flavor. I'm going to keep this as a staple in my pantry. Arrived very quickly in the mail also, which makes it easy too.

Works but the it will expire in May 2020
I tried it last weekend and it worked, but the expiration date is May 2020, production date is May 2018. The price is good too so I give 4 stars.

expire in end of June (in less than two months) but good yeast
I knew it that it would expire in couple of months. Price is very reasonable and happy with the yeast.I can bake few loafs of bread and give those to my friends.

Excellent customer service
I complained to the seller the yeast I bought was not working. They contacted me asking for detail and even tried the recipe I used. They suggest another kind yeast for low sugar recipe. I am very impressed by their customer service.

Highly recommended
Very good product. So far, I baked with this yeast at least 5 times. In comparison with other famous brands I did not see any differences but I paid less and I got my desired result and I am satisfied.

Good stuff
Good yeast but the packaging is a little tough. Just put it in a tupperware type container or it's gonna shoot all over your fridge

Manufacture date June 2018 (2 years old)
Not happy with this product. Ordered May 3, 2020 and received the 1lb package yesterday with a manufacture date of June 2018 and expiration date June 2020! Why sell and ship a two year-old food related item with an expiration date just days away?? Only good thing about this product is that Amazon agreed to refund my money so I can dump this old product in the trash!

yeast is 2 years old.
Yeast production date is June 2018, expiration date is June 2020. I received this May 10. 2020. there is no way I can use 1 pound of yeast in less than a month even if it is useable. 2 years old, will probably have to throw away since it can not be returned. Amazon should quit selling this product.
