It is working great without any "loose stool" side affects
Many people do not get enough magnesium in their diet and I was apparently, one of them. Our body needs magnesium for many cellular functions.I started taking magnesium because of horrible, I mean HORRIBLE leg, foot and toe cramps that were also in strange places. I would wake up in the night with the cramps that were so tight that I couldn't even rub them out, or walk them off. Sometimes I really thought that something was going to rip. The cramps would last up to 20 mins, so they were not only painful, but were sleep disturbing as well.I took an OTC Proton-Pump-Inhibitor (I won't name the product) for almost 20 years, and also took Ibuprofen nightly for many years as well. Taking products like these, long term, can cause your stomach not to be able to absorb nutrients as it should. Additionally, I also have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), also from abusing my stomach from those products as well as over consumption of sugar. In my case, as many others, SIBO caused me to have loose stools as well as poor absorption of nutrients.I was taking magnesium to fight my muscle cramps and they would help a lot, but the side affect of taking magnesium is loose stools. So even though the magnesium was helping reduce my cramps, I couldn't get over the loose stools. Over time as my SIBO became controlled, my stools remained loose whenever I used magnesium. Then when I would stop taking magnesium, I would cramp up. I also had tingling in my hands and sometimes my legs.I just happened to see the advertisement for this product on Amazon and have been using it for about 3 weeks. I haven't had any cramps, and haven't had the any side affects such as loose stools.I take this product at night because it also helps me to relax and fall asleep easier. The gel caps are large, but they are smooth so that they are easier to swallow then a regular hard cap.I will continue to use this brand.

Muscle cramps relief!
I was told by my doctor to take magnesium supplements to offset deficiencies caused by increasing a GERD drug I had been taking. Before starting the magnesium, I starting having severe leg cramps as well as cramps in the bottoms of my feet under my toes. After taking the magnesium glycinate supplements for about 3 weeks, my muscle cramps stopped completely! A few months later, after I noticed I was having some significant high blood pressure issues, my cardiologist asked me to stop all of my supplements for a few weeks to see if their collective combination could be contributing to my high blood pressure before trying a new blood pressure drug. The supplements I had been taking were Magnesium Glycinate, Centrum Silver, Vitamin C, COQ10, Berberine, and Fish Oil. After about two weeks without the supplement, the severe muscle spasms returned, only this time in the areas of my stomach, sides of my torso, and arms. I immediately went back on the magnesium glycinate and after a few days the muscle spasms completely stopped again. I switched blood pressure medications and now that is under control as well. I highly recommend magnesium glycinate!

Beware the "Serving Size" game
I was suffering from wicked leg cramps at night despite having a significant potassium intake. I started taking this magnesium supplement and the results were immediate. No more leg cramps at night. However, it should be noted that while this supplement is listed as "525mg", that is per serving-- and a serving is *3* capsules. I've since switched to a different brand advertised as "500mg", and that is for *1* capsule. It is a significant savings over this brand. In conclusion, this supplement works well but there are more cost effective solutions.

Highest chelated Mg per capsule in the market.
I have low Mg levels due to chronic (~10 years) PPI therapy twice a day for erosive GERD and distal esophageal spasm. My levels were 1.6mg/dl and after I took this product 4 pills twice a day (2 weeks), the new level is 2.5mg/dl (see the lab result pictures).I was never able to achieve this level in the last 6 years with any other chelated Mg formulations (including Doctor's best). Now I am taking 4 pills a day to maintain my Mg between 2.2 to 2.4mg/dl.I am very happy with the proven results. If you have trouble elevating and keeping ideal Mg levels, I suggest taking chelated Mg along with 500mg pyridoxine (B6) and 500mg riboflavin (B2); Pyridoxine is known to help the uptake of Mg into the cells and riboflavin is a required co-factor for pyridoxine metabolism. After a month of daily pyridoxine, change the dose to to weekly since too much B6 can cause a reversible neuropathy.Thank you.

Miracles
I must of been really deficient in magnesium, a lot of us are. So far after a few days of use I feel amazing. I also take St. John’s wort and that’s the only supplements I take. Not on any medication. 28 year old male 6’3 180lbs.My problem has always been feeling dizzy and confused after hard work outs. Lately I have stopped caffeine intake (monster coffees) started drinking lots of water, a hydroflask/yeti and a water filter helps drastically from buying bottled water. Anyways.. I’m addition to these lifestyle changes I’ve noticed the magnesium has helped me with sleeping I no longer wake up with brain fog. And honestly it’s a miracle I’ve had brain fog for 12 years at least maybe 15. The St. John’s wort has also helped me be in a much more stable mood and happier. I thank God for what He is helping me with and I hope He can guide you to what your body needs as well. God Bless!
