I bought these to start on my cake decorating journey. They are good for a beginner, a little cheaply made, but they work just fine.

This is a good set for beginners. Obviously be aware that the products are plastic, so they're definitely not high quality, but they serve their purpose well enough. Especially for the price. I would recommend to anyone wanting to start learning basic fondant/icing decorating, under the guideline of knowing that if you continue you'll want to upgrade to a good quality set later on. But its certainly a good value for the money for beginners.

These are decent tools although I am not sure how well they will hold up as the plastic does not appear very strong. But, we issue is that is comes with NO info or instructions, not even a list of what each item is called much less what it is used for. I emailed the company asking them to mail or email me info since it was not included in the box, and received a reply that my daughter should look up the different tools on the internet based no the picture or use their amazon page. Not impressed.

I love the product. I'm teaching my self how to decorate a few different birthday cakes. I love using fondant molds, this purchase has made working on fondant a lot easier. I have made mistakes and I'm glad I bought it. Ill be back to purchase more items from this shop.

I’m a beginner and self teaching myself, this is the second cake I’ve made and made it with the help of this set. The ONLY issue I had was that the ends of the fondant tools would twist and not stay in place when I applied pressure to carve or make an indent into things other than that this set was amazing!

Just a buyer beware for anyone contemplating purchasing this. The cake scraper is a joke. It broke on me the first time I tried taking it apart to wash it after having no luck whatsoever trying to use if for its actual purpose. The plastic is way too flimsy to use it on buttercream. I doubt you could use it on many icings successfully except for maybe a whipped cream icing. Most would be too heavy for this.
