Can i use this to replace the packing in a Zippo lighter? I believe they use Rayon but cant find replacement packing on their website!

You got an Excellent idea. Yes, I am using this to wick my vaping devices which normally use organic cotton but I used it, and perform excellently and is much cheaper and easy to play with. so I think you can easily use it without any issue. Hope this help
