Is the queen size 96 x 92 plus the ruffle, or including the ruffle? how wide is the ruffle?

I’m not sure if the sizing includes the ruffle but the ruffle itself is 4 inches wide. I have this bedding on my daughters standard size queen bed. The comforter completely covers the mattress on all three sides. Hopefully that helps.

What are the dimensions for the twin xl comforter?

Hello, the twin XL size comforter measures 92 inches long x 68 inches wide. Thank you

I have a pillow top mattress will this still be long enough to touch the floor?

Depends on the size you get. If I want mine to hang over the bed close to the floor I usually get a size up from what my mattress size is.
