Ordered this product on amazon.com to ship to Canada, lens and camera arrived within 2 working days. Both camera and lens from same seller were in tip top shape. I can't speak of the camera without mentioning the lens. Both lens and 16MP Hayear camera combo are excellent with no distortion, or barrelling edge artifacts, and great color with proper LED lighting. (I know issues by other buyers have been raised about the camera, I decided to take the risk on what is an unbeatable price for a 1/2.3 16MP sensor camera) the website has software, digital manuals in PDF, and even a camera SDK. I purchased on the US site because it was a better buy, the canadian site had the camera and no lens for the same price as both cam and 300x lens, and an older inferior camera model (regardless of duties).

This camera was easy to set up and did all the things of which I required. I use it on a Fisher Scientific BS200 Infinity, trinocular microscope to view aquatic microorganisms and slides of plant and animal tissue. The clarity of the images are fantastic even at higher magnifications. You just have to make sure you have the correct camera adapter (one that telescopes) for the microscope and reduction lens (0.5x), that fits in the camera adapter, to make it work correctly. Also, it is best used with just a monitor and a micro SD card for image capture as the megapixel reduction goes from 16MP to 2MP if used with a USB cable through your computer. Great product for the price!!

Works as advertised, but in the packaged software it is not possible to adjust exposure and other image acquisition and processing parameters.

Very dissapointing. Initially, the camera worked, but image was not great and many of the controls in the supplied program did not work. After about an hour, it quit altogether. I returned it for refund. HAYEAR needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. I ended up getting the OMAX 18 mega pixel camera. Costs 3 times as much but well worth it.

I like the TF card ability to capture in full 4K. The USB -PC interface and software is feature-packed.
