Yes - this pet ramp will work. We have a Ford Fusion, a Jeep (older model) and a 1 ton Ford Super Duty Truck - This ramp works well in all 3 vehicles. We adjust the angle of the ramp when using it. I do use a leash on my dog to guide him to the ramp when loading in the truck - more to encourage him to take the ramp rather than try to "jump" in. My dog is 13 year old and his days of having springs in his back legs just isn't there anymore. You and your dog will enjoy using this ramp.
