this product is garbage. After six months it got so loud we couldn't keep it on anymore. Contacted the company for a warranty claim and they never responded.

I bought in March and its August and pump is no longer working.

Probably there was no problem with your product but I got it for my husband who's very sick, weak and skinny. I thought that might help him to ease his pain but it didn't.

All pressure settings feel the same. Cannot feel any alternating pressure.

I was quite surprised by the length. I have a hospital bed. The air mattress is long enough to wrap under the head and the foot the hospital mattress. The motor is very loud. Excuse me for pointing out the negative aspects first. Those were just my initial observations. I am currently in the bed. You definitely can't beat the price. It came with everything needed for full operation. If noise and looks outweigh value and comfort, then you may want to skip on this one. If you don't judge a book by its cover, then this is the air mattress for you. I have multiple sclerosis and am in a wheelchair. Pressure ulsers can be an issue. I've been in the bed for a while. I'm more than confident that this will be the best sleep I've had in years. Thank you for making this product easily accessible and affordable for the average person.

I ordered this mattress on December 16, 2018 the pump was very loud from the beginning and the pump totally quit working on June 16, 2019 so it lasted 6 months exactly. I emailed seller immediately when pump stopped working to inquire about how I can get it replaced since it has a 1 year warranty and the seller has not responded I had to order another mattress so I with with drive medical and this one seems much better so far

Need to find a quality air mattress for my father and was excited to find this was available. Thank you for such a great product at an affordable price.
