PreDia Magnesium - Chromium - Grape Seed Supplement to Help Maintain Healthy Blood Sugar, BMI, Cholesterol & Triglyceride Levels for Prediabetes & Metabolic Syndrome Support

The name stands for PreDia-betic and my doctor recommended it because my blood sugar was too high. Not only did it help that, but it lowed my blood pressure, too. My blood pressure wasn't that high, but I had always been the very low range and normal and as I got older it did go up, so I was pleased this product brought it down.

I’m not prediabetic but I tend to experience hypoglycemia. Chromium has helped me and I was hopeful that the added ingredients in this product (magnesium and their proprietary plant extract) would boost its effectiveness. I did read the currently limited scientific literature on this extract and it seemed promising.After three weeks of daily use I started to experience more hypoglycemia episodes. I stopped using this and returned to plain chromium and the episodes eased. Of course glycemic metabolism is complex and it’s quite possible that this product will help others.

It keeps my sugar in fairly good control. After 6 weeks, my A1C went down by 0.3 points without changing my diet or exercise regimens.

Using product to stabilize pre-diabete BS levels and have been seeing positive results, have tried many other brands/products and this seem to be the most effective product I have tried. Recommend this product.

I liked it very much.. it seemed to help curb my appetite for sweets somewhat.. I bought it because I am pre diabetic and that it had magnesium and chromium in it. It’s a little expensive for only 30 pills.

I started taking PreDia about six months ago. At that time my sugar was 6...borderline diabetic. I take it faithfully every morning at least 20 minutes before breakfast. Yesterday I went to the doctor and my sugar is 5.7!! I am overjoyed! It made my day! So, yes I recommend PreDia...it's definitely helped me!
