Feels and tastes very authentic
My first time trying this brand and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Seem good quality as they didn't fall apart after cooking as easily as some cheaper brands

Really odd and stuck together even after cooking
Very strange and unlike any rice vermicelli we have had before. It comes in very stuck together sheets which don’t actually stick into individual noodles once cooked

Reisnudeln wie sie sein sollten
Die Nudeln sind hervorragend - aber bitte nur ganz kurz erhitzen, sonst werden sie zu weich. Es reicht eigentlich fast, die eingeweichten Nudeln am Schluss in das Gericht einzubringen und kurz warm werden lassen.

Perfect noodles to make spring rolls! Consistent size too. Just don't overcook it or else it will turn mushy and unravel.
