Substituted item without asking :(
Ordered two of the same item. One was as ordered and I am very happy with the purchase.Second item was a notebook holder which included a second compartment for post-it notes and page marking stickers. I was unhappy with the substitution as I ordered the item for its small dimensions. The second item was both substantially longer and twice as thick! If seller had asked, I would have told them to send only the one item and refund the difference. I expect to receive what I order and pay for, or be asked for permission to substitute items! :(
