Both times battery dead
I ordered twice this watch, both times battery was dead. Very dissapointed.UPDATE:wow!! I am suprised!! i received a very pleasant surpise, an apology note from customer service and a free watch ( the same one I ordered) !!customer service was always very good, and today I confirm it. In my case they only needed quality control to ensure the clock had a working batterythank you very much for the gift!!
