Post Shoulder Surgery Shirt - Men's - Women's - Unisex Sizing

First - size. My husband is 6'1" and wears a L to XL. This in XL fit fine. The material is soft and has plenty of stretch to go around his shoulder bandages and move under his sling, or when he sits or changes positions. The directions for laundering sound kind of strict, but all I did was wash it on our permanent press cycle, and dried it that way too. No shrinkage, and the few wrinkles from the packaging worked themselves out once the shirt was on after surgery.Most importantly - the placement of the snaps and how well they work. A+ for that! They line up with each other and are easy and quick to snap and unfasten, unlike another shirt we tried. Though they are metal, my husband didn't feel as if they were cold. This shirt is made by a true medical clothing company, and the quality of construction shows. Buy this for your shoulder surgery or your loved one's!

Love the fit and ease to get and out of. Snaps are a little hard to snap close. Material is very comfortable.

This shirt is soft and sized accurately. It has metal snaps on both sides so it works for right or left side surgical recoveries. It is machine washable and tumble dry without shrinking. It is soft enough to sleep in but does not make you look bedraggled when up and about. The blue color is vibrant and very nice on facetime or zoom calls once you are back working from home! This was a great purchase.

This cotton shirt has perfect fit, comfortable, and the snaps are easily done up and undone after surgery. Believe me this is important if you don’t have someone that can help after surgery. Also fits nice with sling and cold packs. You won’t regret this purchase!

My Surgery is next week and I was concerned about what I would be able to wear afterwards. Then I saw these and ordered 2. Black and the Gray. They arrived and I tried it on and feels very comfortable. The snaps go all the way from under the arm to the bottom so the sides open completely except for over the shoulder itself. This will make it much easier to put on, though I imagine I will still need help in working the snaps. Like others have said I would be gentle with the snaps on the soft fabric. Since I haven't used them yet I can't say they will hold up but perhaps when I am able to type again I will update this.Update: Three and a half weeks since the surgery and i still use these daily. Well actually mainly at night to sleep in as I can wear button down shirts in the daytime.The black shirt has held up really well. still soft and comfortable. I have had no problems with the snaps on either shirt. The gray shirt starting pilling after one gentle machine wash. Not so with the black. Just glad I got two.I do recommend these to anyone undergoing shoulder surgery. Just make sure you have someone to help with the snaps the first few days. and if possible hand wash or gentle cycle only.

Simple concept, effective implementation. Fabric is cool and comfortable. Having had shoulder replacement surgery, finding a way to dress was crucial. The paper shirt I was sent home in was a stop-gap. These shirts and Amazon's next day delivery saved the day. Ordered two more and will be wearing them for the next couple of months.

This has been very helpful after my rotator cuff surgery however there are a few issues. I can get out of it and get in it, however how are you supposed to snap it back up once you get it on and the bad armIn it? I’ve had to get someone to snap me up after I slip my good arm in and over my head. It’s somewhat helpful but keeps me from being self-sufficient with dressing, which was the whole point of the shirt. I will say that it does make getting dressed a lot less painful so for that reason I kept it. The striped version of this shirt however runs a lot smaller and more itching material, so I can only attest to the black and grey versions being very comfortable, and true to size with easy to snap buttons. The striped one buttons are weird and come unsnapped very easily.

Ich habe das Shirt mit Druckknöpfen für die erste Zeit nach einer Schulter-OP bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Es fällt zwar groß aus (ich trage sonst -wegen größerer Oberweite- Gr. 46), was aber nicht so schlimm ist…Schönes Material, gute Verarbeitung und wirklich total praktisch im Gebrauch👍Alles in allem also sehr empfehlenswert…

Need to size way down compared to Australian sizes.This is a very soft and comfortable top, two person job as it’s not an easy get on and off with one arm not working. Wish there were more choices in colour.
