I got this as my daughter has become fascinated with exercise and strength training, being my youngest, everyone else in the house is stronger than her and I think it really bothers her, so I've been getting her anything she wants to reduce the disparity between her and the rest of the family.This grip tester is not something that will make your hand happy with you if you try using it to increase your strength. I highly recommend getting various other items to improve your hand strength and using this tester to monitor your progress. it works and does a good job of measuring, although I have nothing else to compare the ratings too.

デジタル握力計と握力トレーナー（ハンドグリップ）のセットです。収納ケースもあるので持ち運びに便利です。日本語の説明書がついてるので使い方も問題ありません。握力計の精度については類似品を持ってないので比較できません。何度か計ってもほぼ同じ数値が出るので「繰り返し誤差」は少ないです。トレーニングの目安にはなると思います。性別と年齢、ユーザー登録が１９人分可能です。ただし、毎回ユーザーの設定でボタン押しが必要なので人数が多くなると面倒です。１９番目のユーザーは１９回ボタン押しが必要になります。ハンドグリップは回数カウンターがあるのですが、数字が回転するアナログカウンターなので終了後にリセットが必要です。０に戻すのが面倒。カチカチ音が鳴るのは個人的に嫌いではないです。トレーニングは数値化するとモチベーションアップになりますね。自分は握力を鍛えてフライパン曲げやリンゴ潰しできるように頑張ります。
