DMC Charles Craft Gold Standard Fiddler's Cloth Lite 18 Count 15, Light Oatmeal

I believe Charles Craft is the best quality fabric.It has the nicest feel to work with. It has neverfailed me.

This is a good quality fabric for embroidery, and has a nice neutral color.

This fabric is confusing me! I've been cross stitching for around 30 years and use 18 count for most of my projects. When I first received this I thought it was soft and beautiful. I love the look and feel of it! I really do. I thought the holes looked a bit big from what I'm use to but was so excited to start my project I didn't think to much about it. I put my needle in the first hole and it slid right out! This needle is constantly used on 18 count, actually used it this morning on 18 count. The holes are tiny and the needle stays in the hole if let go of. But not in this fabric.. I stitched several words and being convinced this was 14 count I measured with a ruler. The math adds up but the holes are just way to big and my words are spread across the fabric exactly like it shows on 14 count. It's extremely disappointing! I gave 2 stars because of the feel and look but I wanted to give 1 star on the dissapointing sized holes. I will not order this again. Which sucks.

18 count Aida cloth is what I needed and the color is true to Light Oatmeal. It does have some dark streaks as part of the coloring. As expected.

I used it for counted cross stitch. Nice fabric.

One of my favorite Aida fabrics! I love the color as it adds a rustic feel to any pattern. It is easy to work with and doesn't fray easily. I would recommend this to anyone!

Good packaging and nice even weave that's sturdy without being too stiff. I'll be ordering the same material again.

I was a bit confused when this package came arrived today - it said come from the USA and was imported into the UK via Frankfurt. When I ordered the Fiddler's Cloth I should have checked what count it was (18 which I can't use) and where it came from. I **can** return it but that would cost almost as much as buying some more from somewhere else. Won't purchase from this seller again and I'll pass what I've been left with onto a friend who can use it.
