Beautiful Skillets
Sadly, I received a set with a quarter-sized dent in the larger skillet. After starting the return process, Amazon immediately shipped out a new set. The dented set has been returned. When I get the new skillets I know I’ll love them. I have several other pieces of Farberware Classic purchased from Amazon and they’re all wonderful. They are stainless steel with an aluminum disc sandwiched between stainless steel on the bottoms. The pans heat up beautifully and heat very evenly. What shocked me was the fact that nothing sticks in these Farberware Classic pans. I made rice and beans in the 2 quart pan and not one thing stuck to the pan or the spoon I used to stir the mixture. I bought the 1, 2 & 3 quart sauce pans; the 4 quart sauce pot; the 8 quart stockpot and the two skillet set (9” and 11.5”) from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. I admit my first love had been Calphalon hard-anodized aluminum, but since I’ve been ill for the last 3 years my Calphalon is just a bit too heavy for me to handle easily. I just recently got a new stove with a glass cooktop and the Farberware is nice and flat on the bottom and works great on the glass cooktop. These pans are so easy to clean. You can put them in the dishwasher, but so far I’ve just hand-washed them. They come clean with no scrubbing necessary.

Great Frying Pans
I love my Farberware pans. Great price - great pans! The weight is an acceptable weight which definitely helps in the cooking process. You can put the pans in the oven to keep items warm which is a plus. The only drawback is the dimples in the bottom of the pan can require light scrubbing if food should stick, but that would not keep me from buying again! I love the pans, well worth the investment!

Farberware pan
Always had farberware and they perform well. Had beveled surface which cooks fine but I find when cooking eggs the remnants gets into the bevels and isn’t as easy to clean. Still cooks fine two years later, but cleaning is a pain.

Good Pans
These pans are a good value. They heat up quickly and distribute the heat evenly. Farberware cookware is well made and rugged which is a good thing considering how they were packed for shipment. The pans were thrown in a box much too large with no packing at all. Consequently, one of the pans was scratched.

Okay.
Appropriate thickness, although you may need a little more oil to pan, it sticks a little too much for me.

Not impressed
These pans get so hot so fast . Everything burns and sticks . No instructions or tips included . I guess you have to learn how to use them ..... I’m not

Food sticks to pan,
We oiled pan to cook eggs, and it all stuck., the oil butter turns brown quickly and stained the pan. I did not think it would have such a sticking to the bottom of pan, not versatile.
