these plastic hawks are hard to put together, the hangers could do with being bigger, you only have two tiny plastic rings to hold the heavy bird up , once the rings split or break off the bird, you could not hang it up. I have put some very strong stretch cord on , as you only get a tiny bit of string. when secured very strong , the bird can take the wind. I have glued the wings down , with my glue gun to keep it bird stronger, it is now busy flying in the wind on the end of a poll. pigeons kept away for a day, but are now getting wise to it. so I keep moving the position of it. a good strong item though for the price.
