Seller must ship instructions so people don't leave bad reviews due to confusion.Since it's flavorless, you can add your own flavors. Some people complained that this product does not mix and clumps up on the spoon. It's because this product is natural not like the junk from store. You need to use one spoon to drop it in small amounts while you use another to mix it. It will only clump up if you take a spoon full and dip it in the liquid.I mix it in my Keefer drink in the morning and it's more filling that way. Just mix some crushed almonds, Walnuts, Pecans and dry coconut shavings. That will make for a filling yet light and healthy breakfast.I also made jello and cut it into tiny pieces with a knife then mix in fresh ripe mango. It was very good. Better than store junk full of fake color and flavors. Mix with jello and ice cream for a desert.
