Arctic Fox Blue Jean Baby Semi-Permanent Hair Colour 100% Vegan 8 oz

Had a lot of trouble getting other brands of semi-permanent pink to stay in the hair after a few washes. However, artic fox is definitely the way to go. The colour looked very vibrant, just like it was advertised and stayed for a very long time, at least two months. This was with very little colour care, I tend to wash my hair in warm water, without colour specific shampoo.

I've been using arctic fox for quite a while now and yes they are expensive, but the colour saturation is so good (and oh my god, they smell divine) I tend to dilute it into pastel colours with conditioner at the moment so it lasts ages that way. I have used other colours neat however, and I would say that they are SUPER vibrant and true to colour if your hair is prelightened correctly. The product itself is a cream like consistency, I would say a little runnier than conditioners but not by much. Make sure to apply on clean, dry hair that has NOT used conditioner from its last wash as the silicones will make it hard for the colour to deposit properly. I would then advise taking small chunks and really work the colour into the hair strands. Saturate it well and almost squeeze the colour into your hair by pressing your fingers either side of the strand pulling downwards. Stick a cap over it and relax with some of your favourite past times! When washing try to use water as cool as possible, as it will help the colour last longer, as will trying to use dry shampoo if possible between washes to stretch them apart longer, and a colour protecting shampoo and conditioner. All in all I would say their products are great and I would definitely recommend them.

Even though this is semi permanent hair dye it stays in longer than expected and is still very vibrant, it is easy to use and I still have a lot left over and I can use it up to 12 months after opening. Their is no hard hair dye smell like you would usually get and it has done no damage to my hair, yes this product is expensive even for a small bottle however it is work every penny. I absolutely love this product and would buy again

I couldn't be happier with this dye! I was really worried one 4oz bottle wouldn't be enough to dye all of my hair, because I usually need two boxes of ordinary box dye, but clearly I didn't need to worry about that. I wanted a slightly more pastel pink, so I mixed it with conditioner. It turns out you barely need any of the dye if you don't use it straight - I dyed my hair fully at least 4 or 5 times with this little bottle! The attached picture was from the second dyeing, still diluted quite a bit. It also lasted really well. One session of dye lasted up to two weeks for me and could definitely last longer if you don't wash your hair everyday like I do. When it fades, it just goes a lighter pink and then to a kind of peachy-orange colour, which I personally like. You can counteract this by putting a little bit of violet dye into the mix though. Overall I would definitely recommend this dye! I've just rebought in a different shade, because I just love the formula and the pigment (also it smells really nice, like a sweet fruity scent, and doesn't damage hair).

I love the colour . It gave me what I wanted even without bleaching my hair first as I have black kinky hair but it’s sooo messy. Stains a lot. The pic I have is 3 weeks after colouring my hair and still get get this much stain. With every change of pillow case, I get stains even without having my hair wet. I had used other semipermanent dye and didn’t get this even after swimming. Not sure how the company can do this but it would do good to make it not messy. Apart from this it gives what u want in terms of colour

Really love the colour, but please lighten hair first! Smells like bubblegum which is lovely and very conditioning. If you have shpulder length hair i would suggest atleast 2 bottles and then more to keep the colour and top up.

Fantastic hair dye and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve got a mix of platinum blonde/light blonde nano hair extensions in that I’ve had for almost a year (have been refitted 3 times but it’s the same hair), and as I’m getting ready to have brand new hair fitted soon I decided to dye them pink for the last couple of months! Until having extensions I used to regularly dye my hair different colours so the urge to dye my hair a bright colour had taken over. I mixed Virgin Pink with my regular sulphate free OGX conditioner to get my desired colour and still protect my natural hair & extensions from unnecessary chemicals. I have very thick hair and extensions that are mid back length when straight and put to the back. I used a bottle of OGX and half a bottle of the Virgin Pink to cover all my hair (I dyed up to about 3” from my roots to get a highlight type effect which you can’t tell in pictures but can see in person) which is very little compared to other dyes I have used. I eyeballed the time I left it on for till it looked about the right colour I wanted, which was roughly around 20 minutes and it came out exactly the colour I wanted. I’ve washed my hair twice since dying and practically no wash out - no significant fading as you can get with cheaper dyes. I do only wash my hair once a week though so bare that in mind, obviously the more you wash your hair the quicker it will likely be to fade. I accidentally got some on my white wooden desk and thought it would stain, as other dyes do, but to my surprise it came off with an alcohol wipe with no staining whatsoever. Was also minimal staining on my bath and hands which all eventually came off with rubbing/ alcohol wipes. On a side note it smells absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a specific pink that can’t be brought in a bottle, and also to people with extensions!

Die Farbe ist meiner Meinung Top. Die Farbe richt echt sehr gut so richtig nach bubble gum richtig super nicht nach Chemie oder so st was was in den augen brennt. Zur Farbe selber :ich finde das es einfach die beste Farbe ist im Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern hält sie Farbe echt gut und zum preis Leitungs Verhältnis einfach nur top würde nichts anderes mehr kaufen weil die Farbe wenn man sie mal hat einfach top aussieht und sehr zur hält trotz sehr oftem Wäschen. Einziges Manko ist das es entweder richtung blau geht oder richtung grün geht. Es gibt leider kein zwischen drinnen aber mit mischen funktioniert das super. Trotzdem schade das es kein zwischen drinn gibt. Aber sonst echt top top top würde ich auf jeden Fall empfählen wenn schon ein bißchen Grund Farbe gegeben ist richt gut und hält meiner meihung echt gut auch nach dem Urlaub (2 Wochen) Salzwasser und jeden Tag Haare wässern sehen sie meiner Meinung im Verhältnis echt noch gut aus zwar heller aber wirklich top. Auf jeden Fall immer wider

El color es súper bonito, tiene un olor bueno no fuerte y las manchas son fáciles de sacar, esta claro que tenéis que tener el pelo blanco para que quede ese tono, si no os quedará tirando a melon

Yo Me hice una deco que me dejó el pelo de un naranja cobrizo, aun así el color cogió muy bien, solo que quedó más bien un tono entre turquesa y esmeralda, es un tono precioso la verdad. Con cada lavado se ve el agua azul, y aun sin lavar el pelo el color va perdiendo intensidad, yo he ido usando lo que sobró de tinte mezclado con mascarilla para reavivarlo, en mi caso al perder color va saliendo un tono anaranjado en las puntas que sí hace feo. En mi opinión, si no puedes estar reavivando el tono cada 10 o 15 días se echa a perder el color
