Of course.You are not requried to take it off and still feel comfortable to wear during breastfeeding. Artist Seyo postpartum belly band is made from cotton and spandex to make sure it soft,breathable and skin-freindly,meanwhile it allows you move freely when sitting,bending ,walking or other gentle exercises beacuase its great elasticity.There are 2 velcro to adjust, you can wrap your comfort tightness and it's ok to wear all day! Yes, Artist Seyo postpartum belt is thinner than most of belly band in market.It would be hardly seen under the clothes.In order to make sure the support,we use fishe bone and use no-elastic fabric on back part.Wrap it in proper tightness would help you relieving lower back pain effectively and ease spine pressure in time. Just stick the extender on the loop-cloth of the belly band,which is in white coloe. I attached the video for you as well! Hope it helps
