Italian Cypress Trees, One Gallon Container

These trees were said to be in gallon containers. The ones I received were quart containers. The plants were healthy but much too small. I did request a return which was accepted by the seller. The plants have been shipped and received by the seller but I have not gotten the refund as yet. The seller did provide a prepaid shipping label.

I purchased 3 of these Italian Cypress Trees and they are of very good quality. They are about 2 ft tall (Gallon Container) and arrive well packaged. I found it thoughtfull to choose 1 larger one and 2 smaller ones of same size.

Live plants, especially tall plants, are difficult to transport without them being damaged. This tree was no exception to that rule. In addition to the trunk being broke - just about the midpoint, the 'soil' was full on insects and very busy ants. Not something I wanted to introduce into my yard\garden. The tree itself also had odd white spots on it (still not entirely sure what they were, but certainly not normal or healthy for the plant). I contacted the seller and they eventually said they would send another. After waiting for several weeks, I contacted them again and they said they sent one but can't find the tracking info so would send another - which they did. New plant arrived and was in worse condition than the first. This one was dry and brittle with less then 10% healthy living tissue. Will not buy again or even waste my time asking for another replacement.

the image shown on the website is very misleading, it was not a 1 gal container and the tree was approximately 18" talland as you can see by the image the tree appears 3 tp 4 feet tall.
