I was VERY skeptical of buying such a large item online.. especially when considering the shipping costs, the price was pretty reasonable.When I booked the item, and there was a small glitch in the FedEx delivery, the owner of Riyo Moda personally intervened, gave the required assurances, and also explained the amount of effort the company has taken to make sure they gave the best quality product, and what's more even listened to a couple of improvement suggestions patiently and agreed to incorporate those in future.. WOW, that seldom happens :)The product itself was super easy to assemble and the polish is glittering shiny and the wooden swing itself pretty heavy and steardy.Overall definitely recommend the swing and Riyo Moda.

My parents are using it since a year now and no complains with quality. And what a pleasure it is to have a Swing at your home which looks elegant while it is very simplistic. My parents loved it and I too had a good experience. The quality of wood polish used is very good. Only thing is the price can be reduced. Overall good purchase. Thanks to Riyo Moda team.

Overall the product and its accessories are of very good quality, fit and finish. It is exactly the same qs it was shown in the picture by the seller. Polish is also well done. One suggestion to the buyer, as this product doesn't come with the hooks, you need to buy them separately. Don't go for simple D hooks rather purchase hooks with bearings inside, that will give you smooth and silent swing.

Loved the swing.. I ordered it mainly for my daughter and she is in love with it. The links and wood is excellent.. overall the swing looks very elegant and nice.. I wanted 4 more links as I wanted to bring the swing a little down and had left a message to the seller on the same..In just a day the seller called back to understand what Exactly is the requirement and also if adding the additional links will make sense and then sent out the links the same day post our discussion.. overall a great experience..

The product is lovely! Worth it! Also, the seller is really considerate. I spoke to him on the phone as we had one small issue with the polishing of the swing but he made sure our swing was replaced within 2 days and the replaced one is as shown in the picture. Very good quality and very trustworthy!
