Good quality copper wire for constructing ham end fed antennas! You have to scrape or sand off the enamel on areas to make clean solid solder points, but that is the process with most protected copper wire. Great stuff!

Worked perfectly for rebuilding magnetic coil used with a relay in an antique payphone.

I bought the 32 AWG Magnet Wire 4 oz spool. I am an electrical design engineer, so I use quite a lot of this. Great wire, enamel scratches off nicely, solders nicely, not prone to breaking, BUT when I reached for this 4oz spool in my parts kit, one end of the spool had broken off, and I suddenly had this bird's nest pile of 32 gauge wire--yuck! It looked to me like they crammed too much wire on the the spool. I chucked it and reordered the 2oz spool. I highly recommend this wire, but buy the 2oz spool.

This stuff is fantastic! I recently used it to modify a Super Nintendo Junior console for RGB output. The great thing about magnet wire in my book is the firmness of it. It might not be entirely intended for the case I was using it for but it makes running wires around circuit boards so much easier as you can bend and shape it to a precise path without having to tape it down to keep it in place. The insolation seems fairly good too as the signal interference that I was getting using my previous wire is no longer visible when running the SNES thru a video upscaler. Great stuff and it's going to be my "go to" wire from now on.

J'ai reçu le produit. Produit semble de qualité. Je pense que la "Temperature Rating" est de 155°C bien que sur la bobine aucune case n'est cochée concernant cette spécification. Je l'ai commandé pour faire quelques expériences avec des électro-aimants. Pas eu le temps de le tester.

Comprei dos EUA porque pensei que fosse uma empresa americana, mas o produto é chinês, o isolamento do fio é fraco, vc pode soldar sem raspar o fio que o isolamento derrete e desaparece, não creio que seja um produto de primeira linha, com certificações pra produção profissional ou industrial, é mais algo como que pra montagens caseiras, hobbies e artesanatos. A embalagem, carretel e apresentação são muito boas.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Habe größere Luftspulen damit gewickelt, keinerlei Probleme beim Abwickeln. Enden können gut verzinnt werden, wenn's sein muss auch nur mit dem Lötkolben erhitzt, um den Lack abzubrennen. Schöne rote Farbe, meine Spulen sind ein echter Hingucker. Und mit Exoxy lassen sich die Spulenstränge auch gut übeziehen. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
