Vogue Knitting on the Go: Socks Two

I'm just starting to knit socks and found this book to be very helpful. Whenyou knit one sock sometimes you don't go back to start and finish the second one. I tried the technique explained in this book and it works!! when you finish one you have both done and it doesn't seem to take as long as when you knit one at a time!

I have both Socks books and prefer Socks Two. They both have the same basic information regarding sock knitting. However I preffered the patterns they gave in Socks Two and found more that I would actually make.

Great book for on the go knitter......or the stay at home. The book assumes that you know how to work on circular needles but everything else is explained.

I love love love this book. I first borrowed it from the library, and realized that I HAD to own it! I've knitted my son several pairs of socks using the patterns from this book. Great instructions and fantastic pictures.

Easy to use, Great patterns. I have already made my first pair from this book and am working on pair number two.

Used library book in great shape at 1/3 the price. Recommend for anybody looking for simple colorful sock patterns to knit.

Excellent little book and a variety of socks to make.

Awful. I bought this in spite of not being able to ‘look inside’. It has various patterns but only one in my size.. I am ‘small ladies’ shoe size. This in itself is a vague, if not ambiguous, description not helped by being sized for an American market. I should have been warned by the use of ‘Vogue’ in the title - when have socks ever been vogue. Anyway, I’d advise against wasting your money

I like flicking through this book, but I need to buy the right needles before I get round to starting. Hoping to save some money and keep everyone happy at xmas.

Compact book . The book wasn't as I expected and am disappointed overall. Nothing different to try but it does seem quite an old edition.

Another collection of great sock patterns from Vogue. Like the first book this one is packed full of patterns ranging from plain and practical to truly zany. It's small enough to put in your pocket along with the knitting and the patterns are clear and accurate.

This little book is a lovely collection of interesting knitting patterns for socks. Small enough to pop in your pocket (along with the work in progress), the patterns work and the designs are fun and creative. I found myself inspired to start designing for myself.
