Was a bit Leery buying a sectional that arrives in a box & you have to assemble. Assembly was extremely easy, no tools needed. Screw on the feet & the backs of the couch are separate pieces that slide & lock into a track.As shown in the pic, you can't even tell it arrived in sections. Couch is firm but very comfortable & normal size, I feared that for the reasonable price it would come looking like a kids couch, but not at all. One fear is we have three cats & it is a thin cloth material on this sectional. We did buy sticky two sided tape that's supposed to stop cats from treating your furniture as a scratching post. But couldn't be more happy with this purchase.

Pros: overall light and easy to Assemble. The bottoms and ottomans are pretty light. The backrest is super light! Me (125 lbs, 5’2 woman and my mom who is 59 and has arthritis) were able to build it aloneCons: the middle parts back rests (the 2 small ones) are hard to put in because they are difficult to align. But possible, just frustrating. This with the other part took about 35 mins for my mother and I. This is why I am giving it 4/5 instead of 5. Despite this, overall easy to build with a few frustrating parts.Appearance: gorgeous, looks darker than the picture, more like a brown-black than brown as shown in the pictures. How recommend placing in a corner because the back side isnt that pretty (looks kinda cheap). So easy solution is to place in a corner- if this matters to you at allComfort level: great. My mother and I (both 5’2) can lay on each section, so two people can comfortably sleep on the couch.Delivery to room:Pros: We placed this in our second floor game room. Would recommend the 19.99$ deliver up to any room if it is going to the second floor. First floor folks could probably be drag the boxes in the house and take each piece to the room. Probably also the second floor too if taken apart and one by one but if you are in my situation (a small lady and an older mother-59 Years), I’d probably recommend someone to take the boxes upstairs for $19.99.Cons: the ottoman came with a slight tear. Calling amazon who is working on sending me a part. This is another reason why 4/5 instead of 5.Summary: great look, good feel, comfy and fabulous price esp. if you are on a budget/need a cheap game room sofa, although pretty enough for the living room too!

This couch is great for small spaces. I currently have it in a wide open living room and it does look on the smaller side. The back of the couch is short so if your looking for a couch with a tall back this one is not for you. It is definately a firm couch. However if you have back issues this is DEFINATELY the couch for you! I personally love this couch. Im 5'1 so the short back doesnt bother me. I have a large herniated disc in my lower back so sitting is usually difficult however with this couch its a dream. It doesnt hurt to sit down or get out of! It is very easy to assemble. And looks great. The material is nice and thick material. Over all im very happy with the couch.

The seller was very nice and helpful over the phone when delivering the item. However, the person delivering the item was in flip flops, no mask, and very unprofessional. He just threw the boxed items from his pick up truck onto the ground and carried it like a sack of potatoes. I felt bad for his back because he didn’t even wear a back brace or anything. Anyways, once received, we noticed that there were two boxes with two different lot numbers. When we opened them, we noticed the sofas were two different colors. I contacted the seller right away and he was very nice and sent the young flip flop kid back to pick up and exchange for the correct box. The set up was super easy and quick. And the color and size was perfect for our small living room. However, two weeks in and the cushion is becoming super flat and without shape. There’s only one person sitting on it and she weighs less than 160 lbs and barely is home to sit on it so it can’t be too worn out !!! Anyway, I sent pictures to the seller and they responded right away saying they would contact the company that supplies the sofa and cushions and that they would reach back to me in 3-5 days… that was over a week ago and still haven’t heard back.

Ok. I knew it was not a high end couch but the cushion is "dented" from packaging and to replace needs a complete side piece of couch as the cushions are attached. Its rock hard, not firm. I was able to put together myself in about an hour. It has a horrible chemical smell that i hope dissipates as it is nauseating. I wished that i had realized that the cushions were attached and how rock hard it is. $827 is overpriced for this awful piece of furniture. Maybe it will get more comfortable, i will give it time. I have reached out to the company about the dented cushion,hopefully they can remedy. On the positive, the color is fabulous.Ok, i have had this couch for about a month now. Its ok. I dont recommend it if you have pets. My cats hair sticks to it pretty good. Its hard to clean because the cushions are attached. The fabric frays very easily.

I bought this L-shaped couch a few years ago he gets every single day use in our living room it has held up really well. I liked it because it was a little smaller than regular size couches and it fit in my small living room perfectly. Easy to assemble. Took me like 15 minutes to one box it and set it up. The fabric has held up very well but the cushions inside are just foam and they’re starting to show some wear and one of the cushions where people always say it is starting to be lower than the rest of the cushions. The cushions are attached and do not come off. I wish they did so that you could flip them over or add more padding inside but they’re permanently attached and there is no zipper opening in the cushions they are sewn shut and sewn to the couch
