Cheap.. broke within a week (twice)
I loved them! I have two (puppy and kitty). The only reason they don’t get a five is because two days after the tassel fell off. I can fix it myself but it speaks a bit about the quality of the product.Update: lowering my score to a 1. Not only the tassel fell off but the puppy too. Terrible quality. This is a waste of money.I Do not recommend this.

Cheap.
Poor quality. Began falling apart after only a few days. Chain holding tassel on broke, and shortly after did the chain holding the dog on. Waste of money.
