I just received this remote and it works with my new Sony 6000 camera. I turned on the "remote control" on the camera and the remote worked instantly.

The standard common remote
It works. The only time it failed was at 14 below in Alaska but that was more of the battery than anything. One nice thing is if you have multiple cameras you can get this to release the shutters on both.

Does not work.
I bought it to pair with my Canon R T3i camera. It does nothing at all. Don't buy it!

Its gonna collect dust.
Doesnt do anything. No lights to indicate pairing. Changed battery 3 times. NO instructions (unless you include the little paper that says 'Manual', but its not a manual. And also says similar models, but its a lie.)My sister got me this and two lenses by Vivitar and now...I'm worried they might not be good either...Hope she didnt waste her money on those and their filter too...........

doesn't work
Got this in a package deal with my Canon t7i. It won't work at all. I've checked the battery and it is full. When I push the button it doesn't light up. I changed two settings on the camera, one for 2 second timer and the other you try and pair bluetooth with the remote. I push the button on the remote and point it at the front front of the camera, but it doesn't pair. I just don't think it's working at all.

Funcna bien.
Funciona sin problemas, cabe mencionar que al ser un disparador infrarojo debes apuntar bien a la zona donde recibe la selal tu cámara
