I will say first off that I love this closet system. The end result is perfect and exactly what I wanted.When it arrived it was packaged well (I ordered two) and there was no damage. Each piece is clearly labeled and easy to identify.Assembly took 1 hour (give or take a few minutes). The only tools I required was a drill and a hammer. I was able to complete installation by myself (female, 155lbs, not super handy).Once I constructed and got the organizer in the closet it was a breeze. The instructions provided are very clear and easy to follow. This is very sturdy and if installed properly it won’t budge...trust me I tried!Bought another one for the guest closet and can’t wait to install it! I’ve had nothing but issues with this dresser, 1st they sent me a broke part, I had to wait 2 days for. THEN after putting the dresser totally together & the drawers won’t close right! I contacted seller & they came to the conclusion after sending pics of my dresser, that they sent me the wrong color slides! So they basically want me to disassemble the dresser that took me several days to assemble, to put the right slides in it, that THEY FAILED TO SEND ME IN THE 1ST PLACE! I’m very upset about this, it was NOT my fault they sent me the wrong parts! I contacted them & that’s all they had to offer, I feel I deserve either a REFUND OR ANOTHER DRESSER SENT TO ME WITH THE RIGHT PARTS!

I feel like the negative reviews on this dresser are people who didn't follow directions or got damaged parts. I totally messed up one of the drawers because I used the wrong hardware and the screw was stripped so I couldn't remove it. I improvised and made the bottom drawer open concept, which actually looks really great. It was my fault for using a power drill instead of the recommended screwdriver. Overall, I think this dresser is gorgeous and totally worth the very little they are charging. Make sure you use the right screws and you'll be fine :)

Very happy I decided to purchase this nightstand. Pretty heavy box upon delivery. So I knew immediately this would be a solid nightstand once built. A few pieces of wood weren't labeled with stickers. But using the booklet I figured out which piece was which (15 reasonably easy steps by the way). There was also 2 screws missing from the package that are for the handle. But I found what I needed around the house. I decided not to deduct a star since it was only 2 minor issues. Once finished, I was impressed! Felt sturdy, heavy, and nice looking. Also large enough for my cats to rest on at night lol. So because I loved it so much after completion... I've given it the full 5 stars : )

Looks cute and not terribly expensive, but you get what you paid for. Some drawers don’t just slide open, they get kind of stuck. Drives me crazy. When looking closely you can tell it’s pretty cheap but from a distance is cute. I hated the handles (it’s not the same color as the one advertised), so I purchased new gold handles and that made a huge improvement. Took a LONG time to assemble which made me regret the purchase, would have rather spent more money for an assembled piece, a lot more time consuming than ikea pieces, but I guess better quality than ikea? Good temporary solution but not a piece that I’d like to keep.

Not all the pcs fit together and the desk had a large gap so the drawer and the bottom door does not fit flush and it makes the whole desk look cheap and broken. Many of the pcs that showed as being metal were actually plastic and the rubber stopper was hard plastic. When we tried to assemble the drawer it was not cut straight so none of the pcs for correctly and the bottom is just a pc of cardboard that won't even fit, bows in the middle And won't hold anything. Sorry but I would not recommend looks good online sucks in my office!

This piece of furniture is nice looking, but also very sturdy. Very pretty medium tone wood color. It went great in our room with lighter/neutral color decorations ( beige, light gray, off white, etc...) Also, I put a 55' TV mounted on the wall on top of it, and it looks perfectly proportioned. Just in case that is something anyone may be interested in knowing. It did take my husband a while to set it up, but that was expected. I would definitely recommend it!

this desk was fairly easy to assemble, looks good but had some bare wood spots on back of desk that in originalphoto's show they had a finished look. But still good value for product.
