The usb flash drive is high quality and works perfectly with the app I installed. Its great for the money because I have seen lots of other usb flash drives that are way too expensive for the price. For 128gb, that is a great deal.

Really unhappy with the item, as I downloaded some Videos off my phone it would always say error. Then when it finally downloaded then after waiting 40min I checked the usb on my computer and it said error again. As if the file never existed. Worse part is that once I looked back at my phone I lost all the videos (memories of my kid) and I was not able to get them back. Lost them forever. Thanks to this poor design.

Very fast to download pictures - regarding videos preferred to download one at a time - it's faster this way - because the written instructions were so tiny and I could not read them I had to fumble a lot but then understood how to work it - and it's great

So here is what I know about the device after some experimentation: 1. It is incompatible with hard shell otterbox phone cases. In order to use the lightening connector, i had to remove my ohone from its orotective case. Very annoying and an obvious design flaw. 2. I was hoping there’d be a cap to protect the connections, but it has none. Instead it comes in a littke white case you have to carry, making tge appearence that you could stick it on your key ring with the round loop wholly impossible for anyone hoping to havenit for awhile. 3. The app doesn’t seem to allow for transferring photos from my phone to the device. I can seekct the photos in the app but there’s nothing popping up allowing transfer. 4. Appears they think most people read 6 point font from what’s in their manual, making it useless. They shoukd just give us a link to it. I was unable tonfind it on the web. 5. If you’re wondering, the moment you plug it into your phone, it will direct you to go get the required app. 6. I am usong this to scan documents on my portable printer that then need to be emailed on my phone. My printer is incompatible with encrypted disks, and this one comes encrypted in Microsoft EFAT, so you’ll have to reformat it to Fat32 to make it work. In case you’re wondering, the makers of a device targeting Apple consumers made the required App unable to read MacOS formatting, as I tried. 7. For transfers from your computer to iOS device, this works well.
