I haven't come across a product from Gluten Free Prairie that I didn't LOVE! This is no exception! Super easy to make, and delicious! As usual... even my non gluten free family/friends don't know this is GF!

The best Gluten-free pizza mix I have tried
This is the best gluten-free pizza mix I have tried. It's a bit dry, so I played with different ways to bake it. I'm glad I took a chance on it and experimented with it a bit! No-one knows it's gluten free!Here's how I make a 10" thin crust pizza with this mix.1/2 cup water2 Tbsp butter (salted)1 Tbsp oil1.8 oz ERAWAN sweet rice flour (available on Amazon)1.8 oz of this Prairie GF pizza mix1 large eggDirections:Preheat oven to 425F. Place the butter, oil, and water in a saucepan and let it come to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring well. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add 1 large beaten egg. Once the dough is well incorporated, pat it into a 10 inch circle on parchment paper. Place the parchment paper with the rolled out dough onto a 12 inch pizza screen (available on Amazon). Bake this on an upper rack for 10 minutes. Do not open the oven, but lower the temperature to 350F. Let it bake an additional 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and place it on a baking sheet. Add cheese and any desired toppings and return to oven until the cheese melts. Once it is done, spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. (The sauce on top prevents gluten free pizza crust from becoming soggy).
