Topadorn Ceramic Mug Coffee Travel Mug with Lid and Color Box,Latte Mug Flower and Butterfly,17oz

This review is specifically for the blue, stars & globe design. The overall quality of the mug is very nice. Comes in a nice gift box that matches the mug. The design is nice too. Yet I bought this mug with the primary purpose of being able to use it in the microwave. While the Amazon description said "dishwasher and microwave safe", the actual packaging gave mixed messages. The box said, "microwave safe. Excludes metallic items." The mug itself had a sticker saying, "WARNING. Do Not microwave." I suspect this mug was not microwave-safe due to the metallic paint used in this particular design. Ended up returning the mug for a refund/credit (which was incredibly easily and painless!) and bought a mug that didn't have a paint design, so as to ensure it was truly microwave-safe.

The media could not be loaded.  I put hot coffee in this mug and drove to church this morning. I was on the road and waiting at a traffic light. While waiting, I had a sip of coffee and the next thing I felt was the hot coffee all over my white shirt. I included a video to show its defective design, showing the dripping coffee even when it is tightly sealed. I think this problem can affect the safety of the users and should be fixed.

This is a regular ceramic mug with a press-to-seal travel lid. It’s not going to keep your drink warm for hours, like thermal travel mugs.That said, I love my mug! I can reheat my drink in the microwave. The handle is comfortable, and placed high enough on the cup that it fits perfectly in my car’s cup holder. It also came in a gorgeous, sturdy box printed with the same design that’s on my mug. Because of that, this mug would make a great gift.Because it’s ceramic, there’s no metallic taste as with stainless steel travel containers. The design is beautiful, and since I only ever handwash my mugs, I know it will last for many years.

I love the mug and the box it came in it’s good and sturdy and it’s microwavable but it doesn’t keep anything hot for more than maybe five minutes I bought it to put on my desk at work for My coffee and tea that I drink, I even tried buying a cup warmer to sit it on to see if it would keep the inside warm it just makes the cup itself very very hot but not the beverage inside I’m so sad too because I just Love the colors but unfortunately I will be sending it back I need something that will keep my tea and my coffee hot or even kind of Mormon

I got exactly what I expected and wanted. This is a ceramic mug... so you can expect warm drinks to stay as warm as they would in any other mug. I ordered this because I liked the simple Santa design! I didn’t realize it came with a lid, which is a plus because I’m a mom with two littles! It’s perfect for the Christmas season!

My husband loves this mug,we replaced our couch recently, and got one with a theater console in the center with cup holders. Most of our coffee cups cant fit into it so I bought him some new ones. He's been washing it out most days so he can take it to work with him that day.

Beautiful, sturdy and lid works well. However, I was very disappointed that because of the tiny bit of metal in the design, the mug cannot be put in the microwave. The ad did not say it had metal in it and couldn’t be microwaved, and that’s one of the reasons I bought it. If you don’t care about that, it’s a beautiful and sturdy mug!

Beautiful mug. Shipped fast. The box makes a really nice gift option. It feels good in your hands, although it is definitely a 2-hander. It is a little unstable on a flat surface because it is tall and top heavy. The lid could be more snug as well. If you are looking for a travel mug with a lid that will keep snug while driving, this might disappoint. If you want a large mug to hold and sip your warm drinks out of without having to get up for a refill, this one is great. I would have traded the box for a lid that fit more tightly and if the handle was placed a bit lower on the mug it would be less top heavy, but overall I love the thing and I want more like it.
