Why does this “curry seasoning” have no curry?

Curry is not the name of an independent spice, it's the name of a combination of spices, usually a mixture of turmeric, chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground ginger and pepper.

The Frontier Herb International Seasoning Indian Curry does not have a gluten-free label. However, it is Kosher and GMO-free. Hope this helps!

Why is this always out of stock?

Hi, thanks for your question. We (TaoSong) has it in stock. We got it 2 weeks ago and we have it listed on Amazon. Look under "more" or "other" sellers. Scroll down until you see "TaoSong". Click on that and you should be able to complete your transaction. Reasons you may have seen it "out of stock" are: 1) The maker of this product was out of some of the ingredients due to many possible reasons. 2) Maybe some sellers haven't kept a close eye on their inventory.
