It doesn't last near as long as Advil but it's a much safer product and if you're not having bad pain, it helps ease it naturally

I was a little skeptical about this product, but it does work. Took a few days, but notice a difference in my level of pain, from stenosis and sciatic never pain. I will be ordering more and did refer others to purchase this product.Debbie

I've been on NSAIDs for years (arthritis and sciatica) and this has concerned me. Recently my Dr told me my BP was rising (side effect of NSAIDs) so it was time to do some research and I decided to look at herbs. Pulled several peer reviewed papers talking about the benefits of curcumin and then visited my local health food store for their input. Phenocane was highly recommended by my HF store and so I bought it. After just a week I was off NSAIDs and feeling good so I decided to try Amazon for a cheaper price and found it.I did "power load" the first day (which resulted in heartburn) but now I'm taking 2-3 per day (morning, noon, and evening 30 min before a meal). I'm loving that I'm off NSAIDs now for almost a month and feeling great.

I am full of arthritis I don’t see much of a difference but I will take it maybe it takes a few weeks.

Phenocane, I found, is a great non-narcotic pain reliever for inflamation. I believe it's main ingredient is tumeric which has been used for centuries in places like India for general health and wellness. Don't quote me on that as I am not an expert but I am fairly familiar with pain. Numerous injuries and careers in construction and commercial fishing have left my aging body crying out for help. It's been great to find something I can take with or without my more potent pain meds.

I do seem to notice a difference in my pain control, especially after I increased the dosage. However, at this price for this many capsules, this could become an expensive tool in the battle against pain. I ordered the Phenocane before I did extensive research, and upon further study realized that the tiny amount of dlpa and other ingredients, were in fact about 10% of the recommended amounts for a true clinical response. So, if one were to take 10 caps twice a day, this bottle would last about 3 days.In the future I will get the dlpa, curcumin, and boswellia individually, at much higher mgs each, and just take 3 caps instead of 10.

Phenocane was reccommended to me by my chiropractor. He gave me some samples and I could already tell a difference. I bought my first bottle from him and it worked. Had to buy more! I helps to control the pain I have in my lower back and hip. If I were pain free you'd get 5 stars :-)
