This backup camera physically mounts correctly onto a 2002 A4 B6 Avant wagon, works well with my aftermarket Android radio, and it looks great. However, my Avant is an early B6 with the oem aluminum handle/plate light assembly. This camera is modelled after the later (oem plastic) assembly.The 200mm version does have cutouts which are perfectly in-line with my Audi's original harness, but my plate light contacts and microswitch connections are a bit too big for the camera's cutouts. To make it work, I did some minor trimming on the wagon's original harness to help the plate light contact strips fit better, and also had to trim and re-angle the original microswitch so it can be tripped when touched by the backup camera's handle strip.For those who have the oem aluminum assemblies like mine, another option would be to get the later B6/B7 harness from a oem plastic assembly from a junkyard (or at least the plate lights and microswitch w/pigtails), which should plug right into this camera's plastic assembly.On my Avant, this camera assembly's handle insert is about an inch shorter than the original (due to the camera placement), but it opens normally and looks good. I was also pleasantly surprised that this camera's assembly also has the protective rubber covering which makes it look and feel like a stock handle.All in all, this backup camera assembly is a great idea, adds functionality, and is a perfect upgrade for my Audi Avant.

Great upgrade to my Audi A4 2006, had Best Buy installed it and did not notice the difference between this piece and the original. Of course, you need a screen that is compatible with this product. Mixing in this piece and Xtrons product for A4 was like upgrading the Audi without making drastic changes.
