Purchased these to use in my training regime whilst under lockdown. Have been using for a few weeks and no complaints with them, sturdy enough, relatively simple to tie and don't slip off or come undone. Can get them around my arms and calves easily enough. I am also just able to squeeze my thighs into them but would go for the larger size if intending to use for lower limb workouts.

Easy to use bicep straps and very effective

Took me a while to figure out how to strap them up on my bicep just using one hand but they do a good job occluding the muscle. Worth the money.

Does what it says on the tin. I prefer velcro over the fastening clip, but still works.

I used it as a different way of training and it works pretty well from what I’ve seen
