Nice fuel filter
Was a bit apprehensive about fitting this as, like others, my bike fuel line is 3/16" ID. I found using a Philips screwdriver to enlarge the hose ends helps, as does using some fuel as a lubricant. Visu-Filter does make filters with 3/16" ends but their flow rating is less than this one. For old single carb motorbikes like mine the lower flow rate probably doesn't matter and I may try a smaller filter next time around.

Compact and Stylish
After years of rebuilding and cleaning carburetors on all of my small engines due to who knows what, I started putting these little fuel filters on everything. I can't speak to the actual filtering ability of this device, but it is very compact and fits perfectly in 1/4" fuel lines. I'm using this on a 2009 Honda Rebel and a 2013 Honda HRS2164PDA lawn mower. It fits both, and the clear style looks great. I don't use any hose clamps and the hoses stay on just fine.

imho, good for any sub-500cc engine.
They're much smaller than i had anticipated!A little restrivtive, but still Enough flow for my GS500F to operate at 90mph, 8k rpk.

Almost Perfect
Seems really good but the tubing is kind of difficult to slide on without heat other then that its perfect.

Visu-Filter Grand Slam
I love these type of filters. They work great and they're clear so you can see when they get dirty. Visu makes a great fuel filter. This filter says 1/4'' to 3/8'' but I've found that 1/4'' is a very, very tight fit. Especially if you using the clear line. It will fit but you'll need to heat it up. I usually use hot water. Dip the clear line in the hot water and it becomes more flexible.

Cheap plastic
Received but not yet installed. First thing I noticed is that the sintered filter element inside the housing is off center. Not a big deal, but not inspiring confidence in the quality.Next I noticed that, despite the fact that the description pictures show a "Flow" with an arrow, my part does not have that. Is that a big deal? No. But false advertising, in my book. I hate uncertainty. A nice label to tell me which way to install a filter removes that uncertainty. Now, when I install this filter, I will need to get out my phone, check the picture here in Amazon, and make sure my filter is installed correctly. That is annoying. I am annoyed. I paid $7 for this filter that advertised that it had a flow direction printed on it and it's not there. I think you would agree that that is annoying. When you combine that with the less at hand stellar quality of the assembly (noted earlier) and I'm not impressed. I will update after I actually install this on my Husaberg 450.Update after install:Cheap plastic strikes again. This junky description claims, as others have pointed out, that it will fit multiple sizes, it appears as though it is made for 1/4". My bike has 5/16" line (which the description includes) , so I figured a clamp would hold it. A clamp worked...until I actually started the bike. Then the input nipple (did I mention the flow direction was NOT labeled?) broke off, spilling gas all over my exhaust pipe. Fun.Don't waste your time. This thing is junk.

replacement (spare) received with as good an experience as the original purchase
this was purchased as a spare for the one previously purchased and installed in the fuel line of my honda rebel 250. the one currently installed appears to be working well, and was recommended by several members of the honda rebel forum. the spare arrived in the early part of the "to be delivered by" date range, as did the original filter. very happy with both filters and seller.

These are perfect for what I needed them for
These are perfect for what I needed them for: inline visible (but not distractingly large) filters for use with a 46 year old motorcycle and it's 46 year old gas tank. So far after about 200 miles, they've been working swimmingly. I will buy again.
