Works great. One day there was a power outage, and when the lights came back on the Cisco EX90 wouldn't come on. The small light on the power supply stayed dark. Searched Amazon and other sources, found this product at the best price, ordered it online, and a few days later it arrived and returned the EX90 back to normal operations! The small light on the brick glows as expected when plugged in.No complaints! This power supply for the Cisco (formerly Tandberg) EX90 is a drop-in replacement for the original. Love it!UPDATE: Bought the power supply in April. Four months later, August, and the power supply started hissing and got super hot. The EX90 screen went black. I unplugged the power supply, and could smell an acrid odor. Looks like it failed after four months of use. Will buy another... if it also fails, will drop to one star.

This power supply was compatible with intended systm. The only issue with this product is that it gets very hot!
