Sturdy for outside decoration. The size was just right...adult size. The buckle is hard plastic so it should withstand some rain. Good for the money!

Really nice quality hat. Not a flimsy replica. Only knocks are a cheap band and cheaper looking plastic buckle. Neither of these things are enough to remove a star from my review. Please be aware that I wear a rather large 7 3/4 hat and this is pretty big on me. I used adhesive backed weatherstrip foam to adjust the size.

Hat is a child size, measures 20 inches inside circumference. Nice quality but not made to fit adult with a normal sized head.
