Review: Excellent, cost effective set up. - Excellent, as advertised, I had ZERO issues with assembly, (as noted in some reviews if you have issues turning a wrench this probably isn't for you) you will need two 11/16ths wrenches at a minimum or sockets etc. as pictured. I would imagine that due to the heavy-duty nature of it, sending you tools with it would significantly increase the cost. All of that said, again I have no issues with this, works as advertised.

It took me approximately one hour just to get the first rack done [Poor Manuel Instructions] the second rack was a breeze, Overall, the rack is nicely built and very stable, I am very happy with my purchase.
