Good knife!
The knife is great. I really was impressed by the quality at this price point. However, the clip to the belt, the adjustable spacer that lets you use different size belts fell out. Now there is some play space and the sheath floats on my belt. Annoying but still a good blade to carry.

Very cheap components
The blade seems ok, but the sheath and belt clip are way below acceptable. Three pieces of plastic fell off the belt attachment before it had touched my belt and it was worse when it did touch my belt. So unless I want to carry this knife without a sheath in my pocket, I recommend buying a different knife.
