Thorlos TWL Cushion Western Dress OTC Socks

I was advised by a seller of boots for over 40 years to try the Thorlos Unisex TWD in a boot that was slightly big in the instep for me. They did the trick and made for a perfect fit. I had other boots that already fit well enough so I decided to order the TWL which is just a thinner version of the TWD for those boots. They are the best socks I have worn to date. They made these boots more comfortable than before. Very well made and padded just in the right places. Always wash your socks inside out as advised on the package. What a difference this will make as well.

I was trying to find socks like some Thorlo socks I bought years ago. These were not an exact duplicate but they were close. I love them. They make the calves of my legs feel good. I definitely plan to buy some more.

These are my new go-to socks. All-around light-to-middleweight comfort. Definitely like the cushioned heels. Bought them because my former favorites from Wells Lamont have not been available for many months. One star off for high price, but they are definitely comfy socks for all-day wearing in my western boots.

I was recommended these by a local boot store. I went back for another pair and he was out of stock. They are a little more on the expensive side, but worth it. Nice and thick so the boot doesn’t rub. Also, the part around my calf and ankle doesn’t slide down. I love them.

My husband loves these socks! Great for boots... stays up. These are thinner and provides a good fit for him without a bulky sock.

This is a tall western boot sock. When I went to pull it up my finger tore a hole in it. Never had a pair of Thorlo socks do this and I have lots of hiking and other Thorlo socks. Too much trouble to try and return. Would like a return of my cost!!!

I love these socks. They are thin & comfy, very wicking/dry fast and breathable, and they don't slip down my calves at all. I work in Texas and am outside a lot in cowboy boots, and I love these. No real padding like thicker socks, but that's the sacrifice for the thinner breathability. I lost toes in an accident, and I just added that part for sympathy points. If you wear cowboy boots and want thinner socks that stay up and don't stay sweat-soaked, order them. But if you want thick socks that your grandma in Minnesota knitted from sheep's wool, then buy darned tough or some other bs.

I wear 8 to 8.5 in women’s shoes and have wide calves. These socks don’t come up as high as I would like nor do they have as much cushion as the old military sock Thorlo used to make.

Perfect, I just can’t find western boot socks in UK. These are just the job. Thank you will recommend and buy again.
