Good product.
Good product.. heats the room well.. has auto switch off function which is good..can also be used as a mini fan...Worth the price and is cheaper compared to other brand's similar products..

Good Device
Works fine, but over a period of time, the noise factor has increased. Also the thermostat controller does not work in any of such heaters. I have three of these kind of heaters but none of them has the thermostat working. Essentially as I understand, if I set that at a particular temperature, it should shutdown and then restart again after the temperature has reached. It does shutdown but it does not restart automatically.Thought I should let all buyers know about this.Thanks

Great heater at a steal price !
The heat convector was exactly as displayed. Has two fan speeds and a variable thermostat for heat setting. Works fine and cuts off when required temperature is reached. However, the auto cut in takes some time, presumably because the sensor inside takes time to cool. Light weight and portable, does not suffer from dust and hair ingestion from the top air entry design heat convectors.Thanks amazon for a superb delivery time and fabulous cost at Rs 1149/- during peak winter at Delhi.

Received Defective Item, Twice
Ordered the product more than a week ago first, received a defective item so asked for an exchange. The item Cloudtail India sent to replace it also turned out to be defective, and shockingly in a worse condition than the item it replaced. The box wasn't sealed in manufacturer packaging and has heavily damaged. There were scratches all over the plastic portions of the product while there were minor dents across the metal portions. The indicator light does not turn on when the heater is turned on either, and the heating is even worse than the previous rattling unit sent by the seller.
