Ruby Reds Delicious Reds Powder Fruit & Vegetable Supplement – 30 servings

This product, was introduced to me back in 2011/or 2012 From, my boyfriend at the time, who had a tumor on his brain and had to go through, brain surgery, and some cancer treatment. His own Dr. Recommended this to him. I at the time, was working out and getting into more healthcare. So, I bought it, tried it! I love it and swear by it!!! It helped keep me healthy. Then, I went without it for too long, and without it, it was hard to get my health back up to par, because first it was out of stock, and I could find it, or had. No money to buy it. My health took a decline, now I'm able to get it again, but I'm being treated not for type 2 diabetes. *Sad face.* I did everything to try and prevent that. However it's genetic on both sides of my family, big time. My Dr. Told me that a lot of things can bring on diabetes type 2 and I could have been in the best shape of my life and still get it. *So, being not susceptible is true.* You can prevent it for only so long. However, it's still hard for me to accept it. But I digress this stuff is really good I recommend it highly just make sure you read the ingredients because if you have any food allergies severe food allergies you have to read all the ingredients!!!!!!!! There's a lot in there!! For example my boyfriend and now, he's deathly allergic to watermelon there's watermelon in this. So please read all the ingredients!!!! If you're able to have this I suggest getting it!! If you can't I suggest looking for something similar, or a multivitamin, for a search for some organic food that would go with your diet. I'd always talk to your physician first. I am not a doctor this is just a review and my experience.

My momma swears by her Ruby Reds, she's been pushing me to ry fro years. Well I'm about halfway through menopause and fell like crap, I don't eat a balanced diet because I am a picky eater. Honestly, I do feel better and I feel as though I have more energy through out the day, I don't feel like I want to take a nap by 1030am. I tried mixing with water and I did not like the taste. Mom mixes hers with orange juice. I have found I like mine best in my moring smoothie. My only complaint is the handle on the scoop is to long and a royal pain in the butt until the bucket is about half empty.

I have been taken this product for over three years every morning. It gives me the energy I need to start the day. I had worked many years requiring me to get up and out of the house by 4:30am and getting home 12 hours later. The taste is very sweet so I mix it with ice tea to make it more palatable. It is on the pricey side but other mixes I have used did not have the same potency or results.

This is probably the best tasting super reds that Ive had thus far. However, it still tastes like fruit flavored DIRT. Its very gritty in texture. With hope, mind over matter will help improve tolerance 🤣. Still more tolerable over supergreens. Good luck
