I love this pepper! The grinder is also smooth to twist.

Love the flavour! The only annoying thing is the cap doesn't exactly fit and keeps falling off.

I love pepper. I love fresh ground pepper more.. I have used many different types of grinders and and many different brands of pepper. This product has the best flavor, the smoothest mechanism and the proper grind.

In one word: Bad! Hard (!) to operate, and doesn't grind smoothly. Item can not be returned!

It was an acceptable pepper mill....until I realized the top cannot be removed. So the glass bottom can't be recycled since plastic top is fused to glass. Not acceptable. In order to recycle the glass would need to break top off which is not only potentially dangerous but shamefully wasteful. So it ends up in a landfill.

I recently returned home from a cruise where this brand of pepper was used on every table. I loved the ones we had on that ship and this one looks exactly the same. I was excited to try it and when I crank the mill, nothing happens. After about ten seconds of cranking, a large flake or two of pepper will fall out of you shake the mill a few times. The plastic housing part of the grinder doesn't seem to come off, so there isn't much I can do. Very disappointing.
