I like these much better than the powder form that you mix with liquid!

I am 47 and have been taking collogen for two years now. I can tell when I don't take it for one day. I can see it in my face when I wake up in the morning. This one has is my favorite. The pills are on the large size but I still find them easy to swallow, there is no after taste and they make my skin look amazing. Highly recommend!

They feel stronger and healthier, and my skin looks a bit more hydrated and smooth. I also like that it includes Vitamin C for better absorption — definitely a bonus! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tablets are a little large and can be a bit tough to swallow. If you’re used to taking supplements though, it’s manageable. Overall, a great quality product that I’ll likely continue using!

Bought these to buy as an alternative to adding collagen powder to drinks or food. We find it easier just to swallow the pills instead of fussing with powder that tends to fly all over the kitchen counter. So far, we are pleased with this product and would buy it again.

I am 44 years old, 5 kids all over the age of 19. I dont know why I decided to take these, i just did. This is my to honest review. This made me extremely dry and not want my husband to touch me. It was a ghost town down there. I have no idea why, i stopped taking them about a month ago and I am starting to feel a bit normal now.

Ah, the bottles themselves may neglect to say which type of collagen is contained in the enclosed tablets, but the Amazon website says in one of the bullet points: Type I/III (which is for skin, hair, and nails). Better that it says somewhere instead of nowhere. Very weird that the bottles of collagen supplement doesn't say WHICH collagen(s). By neglecting to specify the contents of what's inside the bottle, one might infer that at least 'all' of the different collagens are included. But that ain't the case. ------- Now I'll need to find a Type II for joint lubrication. Otherwise par for the course. It's probably a good thing that they don't also put Type II in here. I read someplace that I/III should not be taken at the same time as Type II. Just what we need; another scheduling complication. Nice that Amazon arranged to offer a Type I/III supplement at a heavily competitive price. It would be nice if they could do the same with Type II.
