This paper towel holder works well on the kitchen counter of my home.It seems sturdy enough for this.I would not likely hang it on the wall, nor would I want to use in in any other settingother than a home kitchen counter, because I don't believe it would last long in thoseuses.It is a bit expensive for what it actually is... all similar products were, but I bought it and am happy with the product.

I love this. I bought it initially because I had ordered some paper towels not realizing they were fanfold. The only problem I have with this container is the ones I bought get torn when you are trying to pull them out. So, I put the container on the counter and pull from the top. Works great and looks great too!

This has really neatened up my counter at home. I prefer the paper towels that fold b/c they’re much stronger and this dispenser is perfect. Very clever design - will dispense sitting on counter or hanging. Beautiful wood complements my kitchen “look”. Very nicely made. Good price.

I gave this is five star review because it is very good quality And if I was hanging it on the wall, I would be very pleased with it. However, I will be returning it because my intent was to set it on the counter. It does not work well using it that way. Unless you have just the right thing to refill it, it doesn’t work to pull the towels from the top slot. I considered turning it around and just having it open so that people could reach in and get their towel that way. However, if you do that, you can see the holes showing where the screws go in to install it on the wall. It’s kind of hard to explain. But bottom line is it does not work well as a counter towel dispenser. Excellent and reasonably priced for a wall dispenser though.

Needed something to hold paper napkins in the kitchen and this one works great and looks nice. I like that you can have it on the counter or hang it in the wall.

It is as though they designed it without testing it. It is *VERY* poor for dispensing towels from the bottom slot. What I don't understand is why they don't correct the design problem.However, if you are a woodworker, you can enlarge the slot length and width with a router. One also has to enlarge/elongate the hole where fingers grab the towels, softening the corners created by the original slot and the original hole. It also helps to treat the upper side of the bottom panel with beeswax which can be rubbed on, then heated with a hair dryer. If you do the woodworking, be aware that the bottom panel floats/moves and will shift when first engaged by a router, so it has to be fixed in place first.As stated elsewhere, it also helps not to fully fill the dispenser.Other than that, it's great (rolled eyes)!

Great price! Sturdy and attractive. Perfect for a guest bathroom so guests don’t have to use the same towel after handwashing!
