Is the blue scrubber disc supposed to stick to the interchangeable Velcro backed base that the sponge sticks to?Mine falls off.

Yes, both the white sponge and the blue scrubber attach to the interchangeable disc. Please center the disc, press firmly, and then twist a bit with pressure so the little micro hooks grapple on. The key is having it centered so the spin is smooth and true. Thanks.

I am missing a piece is there a way to get it?

My velcro holder for the scrubber and the sponge is missing the drill attachment, it is just a threaded hole. how can i get this fixed by revoclean?

Log into your Amazon Account and click on Orders in the top right. The next screen should show you your orders in a list of blocks. In each block are action buttons for that order - click on the button labeled "Return or Replace Items". In the next screen, it will show the image of the order with a checkbox to the left of it. When you click on that checkbox, it will then provide you with a dropdown list to the right for why you are returning it - select "Missing or Broken Parts". Then add in the comment section that the sponge/scrubber is missing the drill shaft. Then click "Continue" over on the right. In the next screen, it should show you the option of "Replace with the exact same item" When you select that, just below, it should show you a checkbox next to the statement that you agree to send the original item back within 30 days. That is the process I did to get a replacement and return the other without any additional cost. All within a week. When I received the replacement package, I could see how easily that shaft bit could slip out of the package seeing that it was not secure in there.
