Is it possible to stack these to help build mobility and confidence back up? For example practice a half step, the a full step?

I wouldn’t have thought so as may not be Safe to put 2 together as would make quite a step up and may not be stable. I would practice the half step then use a stair step to practice a full step. I use mine on a step up to the shed.

Can you use two stacked with another one in front to make steps

I would say no, they are only plastic and may not be strong enough. Also, it may then make the step too high, which defeats the object of ease and safety.
