Followed guidelines, 3 layers opposite directions , 48hr drying time and water still penetrates.

Very happy with this and also purchased the Polyvine Wood Varnish, and reorderd but after waiting a month for it to be posted and contacting Amazon AU twice I've now discovered it's not available 🤬🤬🤬🤬
